After reading several books on food and diet, I changed my cooking habits.
I used to eat meat and processed foods on a daily basis.
Now, I reserve meat for special occasions.
I also cook more with beans, grains, and organic produce.
This transformation also led me on the path to finding one of my true loves, tofu.
Tofu is one of the most versatile ingredients you can cook with.

It’s low in calories and high in protein.
