Japanese style salad with mizuna and onion dressing
For the dressing:
  1. Put olive oil, onion, rice vinegar, mirin, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey into a food processor.
  2. Blend until everything is incorporated.
  3. Add pepper to taste.
  4. Put the dressing into a container for future use.
For the salad:
  1. Assemble the mizuna in a salad bowl.
  2. Add sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and avocado.
  3. Add nuts (optional)
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad
  5. Serve and enjoy!
