Did you know? One of the traditional Japanese meals you’d experience when visiting Japan contains several components – one soup, 3 side dishes, referred to as ichijuu sansai in Japanese.
Want a taste?
In this 3 day LIVE cooking series, you’ll discover how to put together 3 complete Japanese meals that are 100% plant based and in the comfort of your own kitchen!
As you may know, the health benefits that come with eating plant based foods are many. And what better way to experience them than with a new way of cooking?
Just imagine – cooking authentic Japanese food that tastes just like you’d get in Japan. What would that feel like?
If you’re lucky, you may have a close friend or family member to do that for you, but if you’re at all like me, there’s nothing quite like cooking and enjoying food you made with your own two hands…
especially when it’s your first time trying and you made no mistakes! 😃
Am i right?
You could try making these dishes and trying to put together a meal on your own or…
make them along with me and get a guided cooking experience to make it a success the first time!
This is a 3 day LIVE online cooking class series. The first class begins Wednesday 3/24 at 5pm PST, followed by Thursday 3/25 and Friday 3/26 at the same time.
When you decide to join, here’s what to expect:
Each day, we’ll make the dishes, discuss ingredients and tips as we cook and assemble each meal. (Here’s the menu) Once everything is finished we will also do a q&a.
here’s what you’ll get:
Pat’s cooking programs are for smart and curious home cooks who are serious about making simple and authentic Japanese meals at home.
I designed these offerings for foodies who love to cook and eat. And most importantly, people who take full responsibility for their life and choose to put in the work to grow their knowledge and skills.
If you’re looking for a structured and organized way to learn about Japanese cooking, with up-to-date tips, and support, then this is for you!
If you’re not willing to put in the work and apply the valuable information, my programs may not be the best fit for you.
I do my best to fill the lessons with valuable information, and strive to encourage ACTION.
We encourage each other to stay accountable.
I wasn’t a good cook when I first started. And if that’s how you feel, it doesn’t mean you can’t learn. I’ll teach you Japanese skills and techniques that you can apply to other non-Japanese cuisines as well.
And what better way to learn, than by surrounding yourself by like-minded people who will support you in your journey?
I care deeply about lifelong learning, and demonstrate that by example. Always reading and always trying and testing new things, especially in the kitchen. So that you can learn quicker, with less stress and less disappointment!
I also love to help people, and my goal here is to help you succeed.
When you invest in my offerings, you’ll get quality video cooking lessons, easy to follow recipes with support from me if you need it. Plus, you’ll have an opportunity to be connected to a group of like-minded Japanese food loving home cooks just like you!
Cooking courses and classes are usually one time deals and don’t have a community built in.
Nor do they have the opportunity to show off your food and get the support you need and REWARD you in the process!
Because I believe there’s always room for improvement, I’ll be regularly asking you for feedback on what I can do to make it a better experience for you.
