Almond Butter banana smoothie

Good source of protein, carbs and positive fats! This is for one serving so if you are hungry or you have a twin,  you can adjust accordingly

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 -2 dates (if you like sweeter smoothies); alternatively 1/2 Tbs of honey)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend awayyy!!
